FIND A NEIGHBORHOOD
If you don't have a targeted neighborhood yet, find one with a lot of movement. In BrightMLS:

In Criteria, under Status, select: Active, Under Contract, Pending, Closed.

Type in an address in a neighborhood you're considering.

DOOR KNOCKING
Make sure the neighborhood does not have a No Soliciting sign. Then, begin door-knocking. Bring:
