Include the name on your license:

Agents cannot use nicknames, unless you update your license through the Department of Labor and Licensing (DLLR).

You can only call yourself a Real Estate Agent after you have been activated in DLLR.

Using the term REALTOR® means you have joined the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

REALTOR® should always be capitalized.

Brokerage Name: must be meaningfully and conspicuously included on ALL marketing materials.
Brokerage Logo: Required on both signs and print materials.
Telephone numbers:

Agent’s name and cell phone number should be the largest.

Office phone number must be included on everything (business cards, yard signs, print flyers, postcards, etc.) This number can be smaller than the agent’s number on a sign, but still needs to be visible from the road.

Office Address:

Print materials: requires office number and address.

Signs do not require the office address.

Reminder, if you advertise about a listing, it must be published to the MLS within 24 ours or less. Failure to do so will result in fines.


The Keller Williams ALC or Agent Leadership Council is made up of the top 20% of agents in each office. This dynamic ‘board of directors’ is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable. Their roles are to inspire, motivate, participate and listen. ALC Meetings take place monthly and all agents in the office are encouraged to attend to offer their advice and/or suggestions. All agents having a say in how this company is run. They are treated as business partners rather than just a number. This gives agents a true passion for making sure Keller Williams is the best place to run a real estate business.
Active agents may sign up for Floor Duty shifts after qualifying for and attending training. You will receive a certification and may sign up immediately following.
