Job Description: We Own Nashville real estate team is looking for great talent to develop into Buyer Agents to sell Real Estate! Live a life by design and love what you do!

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is passionate about customer service, energetic, outgoing, and driven for success. They are natural leaders and are consistently motivated to succeed.

This role plays a huge part in growing and leading the team now and in the future. It is important that our Buyer Agents also be genuine, coachable, and excited to have a positive impact on others around them and in their communities. We are a small business and every member of our team directly affects our growth.

Must have a laptop, cell phone, and reliable transportation. We provide training, coaching, leads, support staff, and marketing!

Key Responsibilities:

• Call leads and contacts in the team's database to gather information about real estate needs and set appointments
• Lead generate daily with team
• Complete follow-up tasks daily and keep detailed notes on all communication in the team database
• Learn and use established scripts. Identify new scripts for better lead conversion.
• Work with buyer clients to identify and show properties to purchase
• Write and negotiate contracts for buyer clients
• Host open houses
• Help develop systems with the team to improve client service and sales
• Willing to be held accountable and work in a group atmosphere to achieve top results
• Have the desire to build a successful business from the ground up
• Network and promote our team to grow our brand locally and within the region

• FUTURE: Possibility to grow and lead the sales division of the team

Benefits: Flexible schedule after training period. Weekends and evenings will be required at times for open houses, showings, and negotiating offers for your clients. Hybrid work environment!
This position is commission based so you control how much money you make. We are happy to share what an average buyer agent makes and break down the splits for you.

Qualifications:

• Have a valid Real Estate License OR be in the process of getting your real estate license (we can guide you on this if you need more information!)
• Be self-motivated and driven. You’re in control of how much money you make!
• Be coachable and willing to listen and learn from others
• Be comfortable with learning new technology
• Be passionate about helping others and providing amazing service
• Be able to connect with many different types of personalities
• Have exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills
• Be comfortable with calling leads, contacts, and clients over the phone
• Have a positive attitude. The word “No” does not easily ruin your day!
• Have high ethical standards
