The Main Goal: To implement and execute a sales and training program that INSPIRES real estate agents to think differently, EMPOWERS them to build wealth, and ENGAGES them through community.
Key Objectives:

• Set and achieve a minimum of 30% of the entire firm is ENGAGED in the sales and training program.
  
• Ensure a minimum of 50% of the entire firm’s associates are productive every month.
  
• Deliver a Quarterly Training and Education calendar focused on skill development, conversation development, and lead generation.
  
• Deliver a world-class environment through inspiring trainings, powerful mastermind sessions, and engaging content.

Daily/Weekly Responsibilities: 

• Dialogue with Business development with agents and teams
  
• Interact with staff and Brokerage Team Leader
  
• Share feedback and insight with the staff
  
• Clear, effective, and timely communication
  
• Share the wins and progress internally and externally.
  
• Agent and Team Recognition

Ongoing Responsibilities:

• Weekly tracking and reporting
  
• ​Group and individual training and coaching
  
• Agent Support
  
• Calendar planning and training logistic
  
• Teambuilding with agents and existing team
  
• Drive engagement around Team Meetings and other training events
